After earning a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology with a minor in Mathematics from Florida State University, he began his career in Macon, Georgia, “paying his dues” in local television. He later moved into major markets like Atlanta, forecasting for WXIA, WSB, The Weather Channel, CNN, and Headline News.

Arch’s career continued in Orlando at WFTV and culminated in a chief meteorologist role at WZTV in Nashville. But his story goes far beyond the weather.

After battling personal struggles and rediscovering his faith, Arch embraced a higher calling.
