Charlie Kirk Tribute: Evil Will Not Prevail on 9/11

September 11, 2025 by Arch Kennedy

Today I am grieving. I feel like I’ve lost someone who could have been my son. Charlie Kirk was so much younger than me, yet I learned so much from him. He was a gift from God — blessed with clarity, courage, and a devotion to truth that left a lasting mark on my life and on our nation. This Charlie Kirk Tribute is my way of honoring his legacy and bearing witness to the light he carried in this dark world.

Featured Snippet Takeaway:
A Charlie Kirk Tribute reminds us that while evil may take lives, it cannot silence truth — God wins in the end.

Charlie never led with hate. He never glorified violence. He led with facts, conviction, and faith. On campuses where truth was often the most unwelcome, he spoke it boldly. He inspired thousands of young people to think critically, to embrace conservatism, and to see that faith and politics are not separate — because policy directly affects how we live as Christians.

This Charlie Kirk Tribute honors a man of God whose light still shines in the darkness, reminding us that evil may strike but God’s truth will prevail.

Carrying the Charlie Kirk Tribute Forward

The loss of Charlie Kirk is not just personal to his family and friends. It is not only a loss for Turning Point USA. It is a loss for America, for the Church, and for the truth. He embodied what it means to stand boldly and unashamed for biblical values in a culture that often despises them.

But even in my grief, I am reminded that evil has not won. They can silence a voice, but they cannot silence God. They can kill a Christian, but they cannot kill Christ. As Scripture says: “If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you” (John 15:18). Jesus warned us that the hatred aimed at Him would be aimed at His followers too.

The Spiritual Battle We Face

In recent years, we’ve seen growing hatred toward Christians and conservatives. From the attempted assassination of Congressman Steve Scalise, to multiple attempts on the life of President Donald Trump, to conservative leaders overseas like Kemi Badenoch in the UK who has spoken openly about her Christian faith while enduring death threats, and Geert Wilders in the Netherlands who has lived under constant armed protection for decades — it has become clear: those who speak bold truth from a place of faith are increasingly targeted.

Even prominent Christian conservative commentators face it. Matt Walsh has received death threats so serious that he once canceled a college speech out of concern for his wife and children. Candace Owens has spoken publicly about death threats and even an arrest of a man who planned to kill her. Jack Posobiec has talked about living under constant threats and feeling targeted for his faith and activism. Even Laura Loomer, though controversial, has endured waves of harassment and threats simply for speaking her views.

And now, we have lost Charlie Kirk — another voice of courage silenced on earth, but never silenced in eternity.

And today, of all days, is September 11th. On this date in 2001, Islamic terrorists attacked our nation and murdered thousands of innocent people. But what followed was striking: Americans came together. We stood united in grief, but also united in resolve. There was no left or right, no partisan hatred. For a time, we remembered that we were one nation under God.

That kind of unity is what we desperately need today. As we mourn Charlie Kirk, we must be reminded that the attacks against Christians and conservatives are not simply political — they are spiritual. According to Pew Research, 82% of conservatives in America identify as Christian. Only about 1% call themselves atheist, and 2% agnostic. The overwhelming majority of conservatives are people of faith. That matches what I’ve seen firsthand in politics over the past decade: nearly every conservative I’ve encountered has been a Christian.

So when hatred is unleashed against conservatives, it is very often, at its core, hatred against Christ Himself. These killers do not have Christ in their hearts. And that absence of God leaves only a vacuum where evil thrives.

This is exactly why I’ve said before that Christians are the new “oppressed”. The world that once tolerated us is now trying to erase us. But it will not succeed — because God cannot be silenced.

God Wins in the End

This Charlie Kirk Tribute is not just about mourning a man — it’s about proclaiming the truth he stood for. Charlie Kirk’s death is a tragedy, but it is not the end of the story. The cross proves that evil’s greatest weapon — death itself — has already been defeated. As John 1:5 reminds us: “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”

Evil may think it has claimed a victory by silencing Charlie, but God wins in the end. Always. They can try to silence Christians, they can even kill us, but they cannot kill God. His Word stands forever, and His victory is secure.

The best way to honor Charlie’s legacy is to carry his torch — to keep speaking truth boldly, without fear, without compromise, and without hate, but always with faith and conviction.

I am praying today for Charlie’s wife, his children, his parents, and the Turning Point family. I pray that God will comfort them, and I pray that He will strengthen us all to keep standing for truth in this dark world.
